Zoodles with Vegan Bolognese Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 jar of Cool Pasta Sauce from owh! vegy
  • 2 large zucchinis (to make spaghetti or zoodles)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  1. Wash the zucchinis and cut them into spaghetti shape using a spiralizer.
  2. Sauté the zoodles in a pan with a little olive oil for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Heat the jar of Cool Pasta Sauce from owh! vegy.
  4. Serve the zoodles on a plate, pour the vegan bolognese sauce on top, and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and enjoy a light, tasty pasta dish.
