Super Ragout

Ragú is a traditional Italian sauce, of French origin (ragú comes from ragoût, which in French means “Meat stew with potatoes and vegetables.”). Our recipe is completely vegetable, prepared mainly with textured pea protein, vegetables and spices. Excellent for seasoning first courses, baked pasta, lasagna and cannelloni. Textured pea protein is an excellent source of protein, it does not contain any product or by-product of animal origin, so it is perfectly suitable for vegetarians and vegans
